• Line breaks

  • Please make sure the paragraph breaks feel intentional. This is very important to the customer.

• Voices

  • Single speaker: Label should be Speaker.
  • Multiple Voices: Label as: Speaker 1, Speaker 2, Speaker 3, etc.
  • DO NOT use character names as Speaker Labels. Client wants to keep it simple.

• Spelling

  • Files are processed with English (Global). Spelling convention is EN US.

• Foreign language spelling

  • If your file is fully or has many sections in Foreign Language, please let Dorcas or Ana know.
  • Please make sure you search for the word or phrase. For example:
    • If an audio includes a French phrase like je ne sais quoi, the phrase would be spelled correctly using standard French spelling and accents.
    • If a narrator uses a Spanish term such as mi amor or cariño, the word would appear exactly as it is spelled in Spanish.
    • If an audio contains a German word like Schadenfreude, it would retain its correct German spelling.

• Come vs. Cum

  • 'come' [verb]: the act of ejaculating. Example: I want you to come on me.
  • 'cum' [noun]: the liquid that emerges during ejaculation.

• God vs. god - confirmed by client

  • “God” with a capital G when it is used as a proper noun referring to a specific deity,
  • “god” lowercase when it is used generically, metaphorically, or as an expression.
  • Capital G: “God” (proper noun, specific deity)
    • “I pray to God every night before I sleep.”
    • “She believes God has a plan for her.”
    • “The story references God as an all-knowing presence.”
  • Lowercase g: “god” (generic, metaphorical, or idiomatic)
    • “He thinks he’s a god at work.”
    • “They worship many gods in this mythology.”
    • “Oh my god, I cannot believe that just happened.”
    • “She thanked god it was finally over.”
