You have the feeling that you’re being excluded from working on specific files. How can you know for sure? And what can you do to solve it?

Specific scribes never get blocked from working on specific types of files without an admin informing them about it beforehand.

The only exception is for:

• Reviewers who refer new scribes to us will not be able to review their referrals. This is a standard protocol for any reviewer.

Other than that, we don’t “block” specific scribes from working on files. However, we do filter by quality. This means that any scribe can technically work on files, but they must have a good rating to do so. This is for:

• Files for clients with top quality standards.
• Files that are high priority. These files get paid slightly more but have limited or no deadline extensions (which is mentioned in the header before and after claiming a file).
