Are you a trainee at Happy Scribe and have you not worked on any files yet? Then please bear in mind that you have less than a month of time to claim your first file.

It could be that there’s no files available for you or at very inconvenient times— in that case, please do not worry! We are always able to re-activate your profile. Alternatively, we can assign a file for you.

Steps to take:

• Let the new-scribes channel on Discord, an Admin, or [email protected] know that you’re waiting to claim your first file. We will do our best to assign you one as soon as possible! (or multiple). Alternatively, we can assign you a (paid) test file.
• If time does run out, we’ll be glad to re-activate your account ✌🏽 No stress!
• After claiming your first file, there is no more deadline to be met. However, we do advise you to claim more files as soon as you’re available. If you receive good reviews on your first six files, you’ll get bumped up to Specialist ⭐ and you’ll have a much wider range of available gigs!
