You can change the appearance of an individual subtitles or all subtitles. This is useful for specific requirements like SDH guidelines.

1. Decide whether it should apply to one or all subtitles.

   1. For one individual subtitle:

      Locate the capsule whose formatting you’d like to change.

      Click on the T button on the top left of the capsule.

      

   2. For all subtitles in the file:

      Click the design button underneath the video.

      

2. Under Font and Background, select the changes you wish to make. For example, you can change the font size, the color of the text and the background of the subtitle.

   

   For subtitle color codes, use the following reference numbers:

   • White: #FFFFFF
   • Black: #000000
   • Yellow: #FFFF00
   • Red: #FF0000
   • Purple: #800080
   • Green: #00FF00
   • Cyan: #00FFFF

3. Click Save changes. Your subtitle capsule will now appear with the new style.

4. Always review the capsule(s) on the video afterwards to see if it’s formatted correctly.
