1. Add e.g. x in front of the top sentence of your first caption.
2. Put your cursor after the x and hit Enter.
3. Replace the newly created x caption with your desired text.
4. Check for syncing of this new first caption, and the original caption— the original caption may not be correctly synchronised any longer.
