You submitted your bank details and have worked on various gigs over the past two weeks, but on pay day, you did not receive your payment.

Solution

Please write [email protected] or, if there’s absolute urgency, message an admin on Discord. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We can check:

  1. Whether the payment was successfully sent over Wise.
    1. If so, then the payment is still on its way and we can share a tracking link with you.
    2. If not, then we will try again or we will need a new bank account.
  2. Whether sending the payment failed on the Happy Scribe portal.
    1. If not, then we will try again or we will need a new bank account.
