    It's very important that you close all other applications and browser tabs before doing the test so the results are accurate.

• Try opening an incognito tab, login to HappyScribe and do not accept cookies. (If you’re working on a file through a shareable link, do not log in). We’ve found that this may improve performance of the editor.

How to report issues?

• [ ] Report which editor(s) this has happened in.

• [ ] Report if it has happened on one or multiple files.

• [ ] Report if it always happens or only randomly.

• [ ] Report when it started:

  It helps a lot to raise issues with images and especially videos as proof. You can use this free-to-use screen recording extension and send it to us so we can quickly forward it to engineering.
