If the entirety of the file is in a different flavour from the language specified, then it is most likely a mistake from the customer’s side. Please inform an admin, and stick to the logical flavour applied. An admin can then inform the customer to double-check.

If part of the file is in a different flavour from the language specified, it makes most sense to transcribe each segment according to the flavour perceived.

In cases of doubt, it’s best to stick entirely to the flavour specified so that we at least meet the promised service to the client.
