Case 🔍

It can happen that you’re working on a file that you’ve already completed before. This is an issue that can arise in two situations:

• You’re being asked to re-work your gig (in this case you can spot the AI only in the original situation, in the re-work you’ll notice your own work)
• The customer uploaded the same file twice (in this case you can clearly spot the AI in both situations)

Solution ✅

In both cases, you can work on the file and complete it, and submit it. Please let an admin know if the latter case happens. Although doing so may seem a bit counterintuitive, our general policy is that we transcribe, caption or translate any file a customer uploads, even if it seems to be a duplicate or a very similar version of another file.
