Solution ✅

Try to lower the font size by going to the styles button and changing it from the default. You can always change the style of the subtitles for better visibility. The customer’s file won’t be affected, so long as you still respect the usual CPL and CPS limits and line breaks. If this doesn’t help, reach out to an admin.
