General information The customer requires captions for their online platform supporting with lessons in all school subjects, with a focus on Modern Foreign languages. The lessons are for both Primary school (5-11 years) and Secondary school (11-16 years).
Technology We are using an experimental ASR model which transcribes both English and modern foreign language speech to text. However, please note that this is not always accurate and some modern foreign language speech may not be captured. In these infrequent cases, please transcribe from scratch. If you see that a lot of speech is not captured then please flag this to Admin (Yasmin).
