Instead of the usual presets (e.g. 42 CPL, 20 CPS, 2 lines) you see that a file’s presets are fixed at different numbers. What do you do? Do you stick to the new limits or do you follow the original Happy Scribe guidelines?

Check whether your file had a pop-up and check your Discord channel whether anything was said about specific customer instructions.

• If yes, please follow these new instructions.
• If not, you don’t have to stick to the new limits! Please directly change the limits back to normal (2 lines, 42 CPL, 20 CPS) before you start working on the file, so as not to corrupt any of the work done. Feel free to notify an admin about this at any point afterwards. The customer probably changed the presets in their work space, but this should only apply to automatic files and we should make them aware.
• When in doubt: use the standard HS guidelines and workflow and notify an admin directly.
