Submitting your payment information

When signin up on the platform, a form might ask you to submit your payment information. If it doesn’t, submit your payment in an email to [email protected].

Please do not send screenshots: always send your bank account details in text to avoid type-over errors!

We pay through Wise, but we are unable to pay directly to other Wise usernames due to the way our platform connects to the Wise API. Therefore, make sure to specify your full bank details, even if you use Wise as well.

What are the rates?

Our rates are based off the specific service and translation pair involved, as well as any custom project-based guidelines. Sometimes we’re able to assign you larger volumes which are priced at custom rates.

Transcription and subtitling rates in the same language as the audio vary greatly depending on the language and the estimated difficulty of the transcription file. This is generally between 0.60€ and 3.00€ per minute, though the minimum and maximum may differ per language. Nordic languages and Swiss German may be paid up to 7.00€ per minute.
