We process payments via Wise: https://wise.com/, which guarantees the lowest possible transaction fees.
We pay only via Wise, meaning that if your country is not listed amongst those countries where you can send money via Wise, we will not be able to work with you. You can check Wise list of accepted countries and currencies here:
What countries can I send to? | Wise Help Centre
<aside> 💡 If your account is listed, you don't need to create a Wise account. This is just the system we use to transfer the money directly into your bank account ✅

<aside> ❗ Please note that even though your country may be amongst the listed, there are cases for which Wise does not support business transfers (e.g. PKR). You can check the list here.

An alternative we propose is to create a Payoneer or Wise account. These financial service companies allow you to receive our payments by creating a virtual bank account with a currency supported by Wise. Once the payment is received, you can then transfer it to your local account at a very low cost.
Please add your new bank details in our onboarding form which is included in the welcome email.
Payments are processed every second Monday. For a list of payment dates in 2025 and 2026, see the below.

Please note that there might be a slight delay in the wallet being 0 and your payment sending. This should never be more than a couple of hours.

When the payment is processed, you'll receive an email from TransferWise with the total payment amount and the estimated time when you'll receive the money in your bank.
The quantity transferred to your bank account is directly related to the accumulated amount shown in your wallet. Therefore, after the transfer has been made, you will see your wallet will now appear to be empty.
<aside> ☝ Note that the minimum amount we can transfer is of 1€. If your balance is below that amount, it will accumulate for the next payout.

The transfer fees are on us! You will receive the full amount 🤑.
<aside> ⚠️ We always try to avoid using the SWIFT network to process payments, but if that is the only option, your bank might charge you a fee. Unfortunately, we cannot cover those fees.
