Did you start working on a gig, but notice that something’s off? Does the word alignment not match with the sound, in the case of a transcript? Or is the synchronisation off in the case of subtitles?

• Email [email protected].

• We will re-transcribe your file.

• We will reassign the new version of the transcript to you on the dashboard.

• Wait for your file to reappear exclusively on your dashboard. You may finish your re-transcribed gig as usual.

  (Remember: nobody else will now have the ability to claim it should you wish unclaim it, so it’s important that you continue working on it or let @Admin know immediately that they can send it back for everybody to claim).

If it’s outside typical admin hours:

• See if you can still work on the file with a deadline extension (which we will uncount for you after). Make SURE you can make it customer ready. If you really cannot work on it and cannot make it customer ready:
  • Un-claim your file, report your issue to an admin.
  • You did all you could. We appreciate it and will take measures. Scribes who do work on this file and are sending in customer ready files will get de-compensated and risk suspension. You, on the other hand, will either get the file re-assigned once it’s workable again.
