We’re looking for transcribers in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and Hindi for a wide variety of our exciting transcription projects.

Requirements

Must-haves 💯

• Experience with transcription OR a degree in linguistics and experience with translation.
• Native level fluency of your scribing language.
• A good command of English.

Nice-to-haves 🍀

• Fluency in languages other than your native language and English.
• Experience with translation.
• Experience working for similar platforms.

  • A very short motivation on why you applied.
  • Please confirm whether you’re ISO certified or not.
  • Language(s) you can transcribe. Every language you speak should be supported by your motivation or your resumé.
  • If you have experience with verbatim transcription, data annotation, and other forms of transcription.
  • Your years of experience in the field + Any relevant past experiences (e.g. captioning at Company X).
  • Specific subjects you specialise(d) in, e.g. “medical transcription”, “legal transcription”, “marketing”, “gaming”, etc.
  • Your region (important for localised transcriptions and target translations), e.g. “Brazil”, “Egypt” or “Australia”.
  • Your general availability.
• Include your resumé (in PDF), and (if applicable) your portfolio or any project you’re able to share freely with us to support your resumé.
