What is verbatim for AI training?

Verbatim for AI training is a customer specific service level of transcription which is different from HappyScribe verbatim guidelines.

<aside> 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Quality tip! Please note that the following guidelines are an addition to the general guidelines when it comes to transcription formatting, sentence structure, symbols, italics, etc.

However, the instructions below must always be followed when working on these verbatim files unless otherwise specified by Admin.

Scope

Each audio recording will be 90 seconds.

You should correct the transcript focusing on the following:

• Correcting the spelling and content of the transcription.
• Adding missing words and remove words not heard in the audio.

For all files, you will be required to correct the start and end timestamps of each paragraph if they are more than 500ms off.

Languages and services

Transcriptions will be required in the following languages:

• French 🇫🇷
• German 🇩🇪
• Portuguese (PT and PTBR) 🇵🇹🇧🇷
• Spanish (ES and LATAM)🇪🇸🇨🇴🇦🇷🇵🇪🇧🇴🇨🇱🇺🇾

Speaker identification

Please use speaker names if they are mentioned in the audio.

If speaker name cannot be identified please use: Speaker 1

If it’s a company entity or celebrity, you can still write their name.
