The term “issue category” refers to the area the issue spotted belongs to and where Scribe needs to improve, while “severity level” to the impact the issue has on the output in terms of quality.

• Weak areas a Scribe needs to focus on to significantly improve their performance or
• Areas a Scribe needs to sharpen to perfect their work and be masters! This means that also customer-ready files scored 4 or 5 can have areas for improvement. </aside>
